SOJ will be helping theCarabineer community by keeping us informed on the major issues with theCarabineer profession. Keep in mind, this title will be rotated monthly to take the stress off the current correspondent and to help us get the best feedback possible.

We'll announce when we're looking for the nextCarabineer Correspondent, but until then, help me welcome SOJ to his new rank!

(P.S. a month is not long enough to establish a relationship with the developer and get anything done, and a minimum of 2 or 3 months must be considered except of the case of extreme negligence)

On another note, looks like I can help SOJ quite a bit here...

I got totally shafted on the Squad Leader thing, my hundreds of posts, and hours and hours of working with the community to identify bugs, issues, and suggestions resulted in some guy I who never posted on the SL forums before getting Correspondent.

Either they didn't get my email or are totally clueless.

Well at least they got Carbineer right (even if they didn't spell it right).

Thank you all for the welcome and I am already working very hard on the Carbineer. In other threads I have shown my opinions on some issues. I hope everyone pitches in and tells me what is their biggest problems and I will be able to turn it on to the devs.

Volatris, I am also very sorry to hear that you did not gain the position you deserved. Correspondant or not, I hope you still participate just as much as you did because I see you as a huge factor on helping out the Squad Leader.

I will continue to participate on the forums as much as possible and discuss bugs and issues and definately pass them on. All your opinions and problems are needed. Please voice out whatever you feel that need's looked at or fixed for discussion.

One suggestion: You might make a post listing the issues of which you are already aware, so that we and you can get on the same page when discussing issues with the profession. (You know, so we don't beat to death topics that are already well-understood, and can discuss issues that are getting less attention.)
