I don't think this is a good Idea mainly because if you combine that assault line and BH carbine line, your speed mod would be WAY to high. Also The only elite Marksman class which gets +10 to speed mods is the Rifleman which isn't too bad as they're weapons are slower to begin with, pistoleers get +6 (I think)

It seems this is what all of the other professions have, and is why we have the least speed mods.

You can already get more than +100 doing a BH Carbineer combo, once you get to that point the extra mods don't do anything. Actually for most guns it doesn't seem to matter once you get past +75 speed.
