Thread: Speed or Counter Attack? Help!

Hi all, right now I have 115 Accuracy, and 85 Speed in Carbine. My Question is, would it be better to pick up the Counter Attack Tier giving me +20 Counter Attack, OR should I add to my Carbine speed and pick up the +20 Speed Tier on the other side? Whats more important?
