to bad dh17s are only AP0, otherwise thats a really nice carbine, especailly the hams

New EE3s have the same DPS but are heat damage (also AP0 though).

I agree, that's a fairly nice DH17. It's fairly obvious to me as a Weaponsmith and carbineer that DH17s are now basically decent DPS replacements for the CDEF in applying effect-oriented specials repeatedly. This is the gun to spam fullautoareas with in PvP for blinds, or chargeshots for knockdowns... Let your compatriots do the damage sometimes, and just use a DH17 to keep the enemy reeling.
