Ok really nothing to do with carbs. Im currently working on my rifle line so I can get MM for the carb bonuses then onto BH for the carb bonuses there.

atm I'm working on advanced rifle. I went to Lok witha grp and the rifle xpis worse thanif I had stayed home killing durnis.

Any hints or tips to increase my rifle xp so I can move onto what I really want to do

I don't know how it works, but depending on your skills and what weapon you have equipped, your character has a challenge level similar to the ones that creatures have. There is some sort of equation that figures out the xp you get based on your CL and the creature's CL. The stronger your character is the less xp you get for killing the same thing.

If you kill something that is more than a certain number of points below you, you only get 1 xp point. Eventually you will only be able to level fast on the advanced planets.

i believe it depends on how much damage is logged onto the combat log you deal... the more damage you deal to a target the more xp you get but it's only the damage that gets logged.. if you make it bleed and it dies from bleeding then you don't get credit for that or so that's what i believe

You first get a general sliding scale of xp based on lvl of creature then the exact amount of xp you gain is based on the damage you do.

I'm pretty sure it's strictly level based.
