I have enough skill to getanother of the first tier skills which one do you recommend?

Burstshot? Does it do more damage than scatter shot?

Or Scattershot? Is the multiple pool damage worth it? if you are hitting as hard as full auto in multiple pools that would be great.

All opinions are welcome

Out of scattershot 1, legshot 3, and burst shot 1, burst shot 1 is definately the best choice. After that it's sort of up in the air as to which way you should go, I've found scattershot 2 to be useful so you may want to try working your way up that line.
