do i need to be a master marksman to have carbineer? i was going for BH, but changed my mind and went carbineer instead. so can i drop the master marksman skill?

You only need to climb up the Carbine line to become a Carbineer.

excellent, dumping master marksman and a few pistol and rifle skills will give back alot of points.

I think you should dump carbiner, since i am the true Rhyno, and i yeild the carbine.

Don't *dump* anything unless you need to. It cost you to get that stuff ... wait till you need to use those points before you give them up.
