I already posted a message on the chilastra board but nobody responded, ive been looking for 3 days for somebody to teach me Carbine Assault Tactics 1. Can anyone help me out?

Dang.. After 1 day, I would have said "screw it" and done 2 or 3 missions, man. You're either incredibly patient, or incredibly cheap.
