Can someone tell me which skill is supposed to be (will be) the aera effect knockdown ?

what can you do against that? nothing! its crazy! today there were some MAJOR faction skirmishes in bestine on my server, i lead a team for 10 or so into the starport to wait for the rebels who are getting off the ship and are coming are way, i have everyone stop in this passage way to make sure they dont advance out into the main plaza (where the lag makes it very hard to fight) so theres like 5 of em and the just bust in and start KD'ing people! they knocked us ALL down and slew a bunch, and we couldnt fight back! area knockdown would be insane if it were implemented, you knockdown whole crowds of people
taking away AE knockdown would take away the reason some of us are still playing this class. still looking forward to it, about 3 more days of combat exp to go. by the way they changed PvP so kockdown may (or may not) lessen the effects of knockdown.
yeah ae knockdown isreally going to be nice ! yeah right, probably going to cost 400 HAM with <100 dmg like chargeshot 1 right now (when chargeshot 2 gets fixed)

/sigh and i told my buddy today that if charge 2 sucked i was dropping carbiner for pistol.
we duel alot, hes a pistoleer with less blocks into itthan i have, (im only 3 short of master)
SINCE THE PvPCHANGE
no armor, no knockdowns, he spams double tap and stopping shot while ive spammed action 3, crippling, scattershot2 and wildshot 2. also we both use the best weapons available on our server mine is a laser carbine and his is a scout blaster both sliced for speed, mine was 21% slice his was a 24% if i rember. i made him fight me about 10 times today at MY ideal range. needless to say he could kill me twice before i did enough damage to incap him.
i do know that laser carbine's low minimun damage played a part in this, but when he can hit me for 200+ 3 times for every 1 time i hit him... just makes me wanna smash my keyboard to bits! and the bad part is i kept looking forward to charge2 and now dont even have that.
if you cant beat em join em i guess, good luck getting the carbine fixes you deserve guys.
as2 has been, and seems to keep, doing posture-change
since the damage has been more than halved, the ham cost increased slightly, that still makes it better than our knockdown on all melee, despite the fact that our kd costs the most of pistoleer/bh/carbineer. the tka still has it the worst, though, although their kd actually does DAMAGE.
