Carbineer Archive

It took me a while and costed close to 300,000 combat xp but I finally got it and guess what it does?

The description says it can knock multiple opponents, but what it actually does is, it hits the opponent for medium damage and thats it. No multiple hits or anything, I'm dissapointed, this should be one of the best special moves for the carbineer and it sucks works than anything. Definitely not worth all those combat points.
