Carbineer Archive

I am a novice carbineer, and I was wondering what others found to be the best skills to aquire. I was originally going to get Int Carbine Marksman for Legshot 3, but after hearing it is bunk, I want to know which one is best? Carbine Assault Tactics or Carbine Counterinsurgency?

I'm going with Counterinsurgency. Burstshot looks like FullAuto2 on steroids, which is nice for group combat because 80% of the people use teh uber pistolz. Also, Legshots dont seem to affect lairs.

Then there are the defensive bonuses. Very important for PvP because everybody and their mother uses knockdown shots and battles are too short (10 seconds max, 20 if you have healers handy) to waste time and HAM getting knocked on your back.
