I don't know what the exact numbers on the +speed bonuses, but I can say a50 point difference is HUGE!

I used to be a Bounty Hunter with Carbine IV in the BH line. I shot my carbine like a rail-gun. I could fire fullauto2s every 2.5 seconds or so.When Idropped my BH skills and took up Carbineer, my fullauto2s shot a lot slower- probably like every 5 seconds or so. Now that I have IV in the Carbineer line that raises speed, I shoot my fullauto2s fairly quick again, maybe 3.5 - 4 seconds.
