Greetings. How did he get the min damage to 98? First of all the gun is sliced for damage. The base damage was probably around 60-300 give or take a few.

The gun was probably made with a stock and scope, which is why the hams are high. It's also likely that thecomponents' or gun's hamwas experimented on some since most of the stock+scope's I've seen have about 15+ more ham cost than that one. It's also possible that the gun has a stock or scope but not both, and a damage slice and a min damage powerup that also has a secondary ham cost bonus, etc. There are a few variations to get the min damage that high, but judging from the ham there's definately a stock and/or scope involved.

Personally I only use a laser with stock and scope for thehuge damage. The ham costs are a hefty even by carbine standards, but the damage is unbeatable. I only use it situationally though (pvp mostly) and almost always down a neutron pixie and sunburn first. With this combo the ham costs are pretty much irrelevant, and your damage output goes through the roof.

For everyday fighting I stick with a dh17, ee3, dxr6, or e11 depending on the situation, resists, etc.
