-Carbines allow you alot of lee way when kiting an enemy, pistols and rifles are less effective.
-Carbines are fast, and Hit hard
-Lots of AOE attacks/ and posture changes
-You can easily find yoiur niche in any group
-Fast to get to, it is far easier to get to carbineer than to rifleman
-Bonuses stack with BH carbine bonuses
-When grouped with another carbineer you kick a$$ especially when doubling up on legshots
