lol its not any more over powered than other class shots.
bh's and such with their knock downs that hit hard and fire fast.
rifles with their mega unhealable mind bleed
smugglers with their pistol whip and panicshot
guys i can go on. but there is no use.
all the weapons have their little shots that are great for pve. as they said the game is not about leveling but about the end game. leveling is jsut something we do to get where we want.
