Well I have not played in the CU yet my account isn't reactivated yet. I was thinking though if your an mcm maybe a quick way to kill a jedi would be paralyze then use a bomb droid. Not sure if droid one hits but if it does I think it could be a nasty trick anyone tried this?

Bomb Droids aren't one-hit killers but this could still be a very useful tactic. Start off by knocking the Jedi down and then apply your paralyze to them before they stand back up. Then while they're down get out your bomb droid and detonate him on them. Immediately follow this with your most powerful attack and you may get lucky enough to pull off a quick kill.

Put on debuffs, and poisons/fires (do poisons and fires break paralize?) THEN kd, para, bomb, adv crit.

As previously mentioned DOTs do break paralyze and they don't really do enough damage to fit into the quick take down method.

Well kd. para, 59 det droid, adv crit should take out all of the jedi's heatlh (unless the bomb droid or your attackmisses ).

1700(?) +700 + another attack should incap them pretty quick.

Let's not forget that they can heal while on their back though. So after the detonation droid and/or the Critical Shot hits they can heal themselves back to full life. This tactic would be difficult to pull off and could be easily countered if the Jedi knows what he's doing.

Look at this.

Adv crit (3100-700=2400), paralize (jedi cant heal), pull out bomb droid, det(2400-1700 dmgISH=700), adv crit(700-700), followed by a headshot for about 600

Of course the numbers arnt PERFECT but they're about right, and even if the jedi heals, you can hit him up a couple times before the 6 second timer recovers doing alot more damage, waiting untill you can use paralize again

Do you mean Advanced Sniper Shot? If so then this won't really work because you'll have to be 20 meters out AND prone to launch the attack. You'd have to hit them with this, stand up , and then run within 8 meters to apply the paralyze. This will allow them plenty of time to heal in between.

no, advanced critical. his health - adv critcal damage = final

hell, you can even adv critical, kd, paralize, run back, snipershot, run in again with adv critical, and use your droid as you're running in. but nobody could pull that off..

Oh now I see, sorry about that. I thought that your formula was (Damage before Mitigation - Mitigation = total damage).

Actually I have been playing with the idea of starting my attacks with Thyroid rupture, I know it unnerves them about half way through the fight whenI have done it before, I wonder if it will throw them off in the beginning ....

I usually KD, Torso, Adv Crit, Stopping Shot, Torso, Adv Crit , Torso as my opening barrage, then depending on how the battle is going , I am laying states or healing...it seems to work ok....what do you guys think of starting off with thyroid rupture?
