You can turn around and do the same thing. Also, simple rule of economics. Hit your servers trade forum and look at popular goodies and cost people are buying them at. Now, look for those types of items at below cost... Buy it up and resell them.
Buy low, Sell high...it's the American way.
Man, I feel your pain. Unless the devs implement someway to monitor and direct the flow of currency in the game, I am afraid it is a hopeless cause.
You have got a point, the SWG economy is really messed up. It shouldn't cost 300K- 3mil to buy good suits of armor. Everyone in the game except Jedi & TKA's need armor, those 2 professions not buying should not drive up the price for the rest of us.
It's nice that I can get a medium house for 25K & furniture real cheap too, but there's so many decrepit houses on the servers that I can't find anywhere decent to place my house. Don't get me started on guns, ALR's, T-21's, Katarn Knucklers, not worth the price that greedy weaponsmiths are offering, not if you also want a Smuggler to slice them for you.
You've got to go to space, that's a whole different enviornment that has nothing to do with the corrupted ground game. Space is where the money's at, ships are cheap, the expansion is cheap, loot is plentiful. Come on up!
