I have submitted 3 tickets re: My Looted BH Armor...

This is my last submission....

This is my 3rd ticket on this issue...Please forward
this to a supervisor...CSR's keep giving me canned responses.

Here is my problem...I have a complete set of BH armor
that was looted pre-cu. I chose to dismantle it post cu so I could convert it
into mando. I was moving things in my house a few days ago and looked at the
suit - all the pieces now say crafted BH armor and that it cannot be converted
into mando. The problem is I was very careful when I dismantled it and I know I
made the right choice from the radial menue.

I wrote 2 separate CSR's and they both had staple
responses and closed my tickets right away. Basically they both said since BH
armor can be crafted now there is no way to tell if I had it crafted or not.I
actually bought the suit pre-cu. I even sent the CSR's the original link from my
forum purchase to prove when I purchased the set (over a year ago)

Still no good...they don't even give me a chance to
respond. They just close my ticket immediately.

Please help me resolve this issue

Just as an FYI...About a year or so ago Tom Lockard
helped me retrieve some items that had disappeared off my vendor and in my
house. He basically had a csr meet me in game and re-make items that were lost
from scratch.

My current issue with the BH Armor is very similar
however I cannot seem to get anywhere with the CSR's I have spoken to so far. I
keep getting hit with canned answers and closed tickets. I am hoping to get the
same level of service now that SOE had provided me before.I would like either to
have my armor fixed as it should be...or have a replacement set given to me.

I know it can be done because similar things have been
done for people b4.When I was helped last year my whole house full of items was
replaced with new items, A character named XXX(Name omited for this post) had
+150 tissue cu that went poof and the CSR's gave him a set of 11 replacement
tissues with a much higher value. And many of my friends have had various things
replaced. I am looking for that same level of service here. Looted BH armor is
hard to come by and it is not right that SOE would not replace it.

Hello Hox,This is CSR PatrickM. As we have stated in a
previous ticket, customer service cannot convert your armor into the looted type
as this is not possible. The old armor post cu has been intentionally
converted into the crafted type by developement. Please do not enter further
tickets on this matter as your reimbursement request has been denied. Thank
you very much for your patience and understanding with this issue. Please delete
this ticket at your convienence: if you experience an issue with a different
