Your character has to be older than the publish that the token respec was addedin. Publish17 or 18I think. Or you accidently used it thinking it was the regular. But good luck getting them to give it to you.

I never got my respec token, and i would really like to know why i never got it, when a friend of mine got his and he started after me.
