Thread: So I FINALLY looted a CA that COULD have been worth something....

Neither one of these MODS work

As a MBH, MCM this WOULD be a nice CA...IF they worked.

Medical Warfare Efficiency +12
Droid Percision +12

But neither one of them do....I guess I'll keep looking.

In what way does it work? I currently have +12 more then the base granted with MCM and I have seen NO DIFFERENCE in the amount of damage my DOTs do, the speed in which I may place them, or the ability to place them at all. I STILL fail to set someon on fire from time to time, sometimes as many as 3 times in a row.

efficiency refers to the chance of it sticking to target i believe---there will always be a chance to fail however these tapes help decrease those odds. I believe a cm 4000 would notice a big difference with +25 to MWE in applying neurotoxin--perhaps more than you would notice at mcm

To be honest I feel AA's and CA's really aren't worth it unless they +25's

It's just like the FS skills, you can train a whole tree in say, ranged speed, and you wont notice a difference in how fast you shoot. I didn't.

A CM 0400 dabbler will see a huge difference with +25 Medical Warfare Efficiency. It doesn't affect the strength of the DoT tick. It affects the chance to stick. A CM 0400 with +25 MWE tapes can have the same "accuracy" as a MCM.

Testing suggests that's because the speed firing calculations are fudged and the modified speed value is never used.

My SEA's so far;


Artisan exp 7, artisan assembly 4, Food assembly 11

Cure Effeciency 12, Weapon System Experimentation 12

Bio-Suppression Effeciency 9, Lightsaber experimentation 8

One-handed LS Speed 15 Carbine accuracy 13


And three more I just dumped on my vendor. Not sure on their exact mods, but one of them had HW speed 14 and another +12 2H Melee defense.
