Well technically your not entirely correct.


You have to be a MBH over CL75.

At 3xxx I got boss missions until I filled the 4th box. And Im speaking about 2 days ago. (Never did MBH npc missions yet)

And yes, I got ELITE, and BOSS, both of them. White brackets and gold.

I was hearing and reading of BH getting boss marks without being MBH, and so I tried it myself with my BH...and guess what... my fourth mark was a level 80+ with 37k ham and gold brackets... so no, you don't have to be MBH to get them.
