ok i get some missions here it says i have to give the guy a message befor i kill him.
but how do i give them a message all it lets me do is examin them.
are those missions bugged ?

You dont actually have to give thema message. That is SOE's way of trying to make the mission details more interesting i guess. It's not bugged, just kill them.
