My current bh template is Master Bounty Hunter/Master Pistols/CM 4000. I have great armor and i use an exceptional pistol with speed attachments. Cant remember the stats on the pistol but its the UR-G8, very nice pistol and hits hard. The thing is though, i hit hardbut not hard enough. I like to hunt full template jedi and the fights are usually a stale mate. I cant kill them and they cant kill me. Should i drop a line of pistolear and pick up 4400 CM?
The specials im using for high damage are Critical Shot, Torso Shot, Sray Shot, Body Shot. From my testing it looks like these are the strongest attacks i have in my template but im just not doing enough damage.
My tactics are simple really, just kite as much as possible and hit them as hard as i can. I never run out of mind and can always keep myself heald up but the fights always end up with no winner. Now this is hunting full template or near full template jedi, i havnt gone after any low lvl onessince CU hitbut i know i wouldnt have a problem with them using my template i have now.
Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

You dont want to give up anymore pistols, that will just weaken your ability to hit. Can you pick up some skill tapes? Get that extra +25 pistol speed or something? What about enhancers?
Have you enough SP for Master Marksman?

Cant do master marksmen and have a precu marbari belt with +25 pistol speed and a +10 general ranged speed on it.

What about the shot enhancements? +10 Pistol Speed for yada minutes? Is there a food for Combat speed? Lulris Mushroom or something? Just throwing stuff out for you.

Nice speed tapes, but forget speed. It's all about accuracy.
Speed will just drain your action faster and you need a high accuracy modifier to overcome the ranged defenses of a Master Defender. Not sure of the exact equation, but if your accuracy is too low compared to their defenses, the damage modifier on the shot equation starts using the min damage of your weapon. So, if you want to hit harder, then invest in some accuracy tapes, some crispic, and some pyro.

I eat crispic and hardly miss even against master defenders.

if your accuracy is low compared to their defence, you start hitting with the min damage on your weapon.
for example say your pisol is 300-900 speed of 1.8 and you're only using ranged shot
if you have low accuracy compared to their defence you're more likely to hit for 300 than 900.
