Dont know if this has been posted, but anyone noticed how there are a few "Nuetral Jedi" missions on the terms?

Well since there are not too many of these around it wouldnt be too hard for a second BH to go through the missions and find the neutral one that the first one already located. Then they could group.

Not too many neutral ones, so it would be best to have a friend "on call" to help you out when you stumble on one of these.

Neutral Jedi doesnt always mean noob jedi. I killed one for 221k yesterday.

Another possibility is to hunt a certain faction (Imp/Reb) during non peak hours. (2-3am) This however would take alot of patience anddroids but it is also possible that a group using good communication skills may stumble onto one, especially ifthe probe reports the markin an out of the way place like Endor or somewhere.
