Thread: really discouraged

I was a BH before CU respec and had a blast...
CU came along, new things..not so bad....okay... Then kashyyyk showed up. Wait a pain. I just wasted 5 droids for them to tell me that they are probably on the trail killing wookiees.
Get to the planet, launch my seeker. No name comes up. Thought they fixed that? (growl)
Finally find my target and wait patiently for his spice to go down. Open up with my shots and was down within 3 seconds. talk about NO fun. Didn't even damage him once. So then I ask if he's full template and he goes into leet speak and never answers me. I SO wish I had a respec.

From my personal experience you have to be within like 2 k meters for a name to come back.

It's a bit soon to quit the profession. Give it a few more tries, and then if you still don't like it, consider respeccing. BH is a tremendous asset for PVE as well as PVP. It makes a great compliment to any ranged combat profession. So just because you don't like hunting Jedi for whatever reason, doesn't mean you should necessarily drop BH altogether.

Not to mention the neat changes coming up in the NPC missions.

You're right...and that's why I have kept it thought all of this hoping the seeker things would improve. Used to have fun hunting full templates with another BH but I guess that isn't Star Warsy. I dunno....just know that must really suck or maybe I need bomb droids.

how did he put you down so quickly? a full temp jedi wouldn't be grinding exp at the Ryatt trail. This ain't a flame, but a truly serious question.

No..I was saying I was wasting droids for jedi on the kashyyyk and that was discouraging...my mark was on Tatooine with all his jedi buddies dueling in front of the cantina in Eisley
