Here's my story:
I decided to hunt in Kashyyk today. I hired a Ranger to get names and proceeded to Kaadra.
I had intel on a Jedi that was AFK so I went to him first and made 170k.
Next I found one of the jedi in instance 5 and went there. We fought and I lose because 3 enraged furballs got aggro on me and they do a lot of damage (I couldve run to the LOS exploit but I'm a legit player).
Went to Kaadra and on the second refresh I got the same jedi that had just killed me! I went to the trail again and (this is what he's accusing me of exploiting), I went to them and stood there a bit chatting so he didnt think I was there for him (he didnt use the duel exploit). After a while I said I had enough information and was going to /unstick outta there (I dont think it's an exploit unless its used against a player, I would never use it to escape from PvP). I went and crossed the bridge and went prone and did /cover after some seconds. This exploiter jedi used /target on me and he found out I was still there (not my mark).
I attacked my mark and after 6 minutes of fighting he tried to run to the level entrance (he got aggro by many creatures and several KD from me) and he lost a lot of force. Then he ran back into the wookiee spot and went to the LOS exploit.
We chatted a bit and he called me an exploiter too for earlier going cover on the other side of the bridge before I had attacked him (yea, I crossed the bridge - huge exploit).

You seem to be saying it's only an exploit if you use it to run from a fight. That's strictly a hunter's point of view. From the point of view of the hunted it's most certainly an exploit if you use it to gain an offensive advantage beforeyou attack.

Id say its a clear exploit to use a bugg in the game for your own favor.
Report him for exploits and wait by his side until a CSR comes and moves him outta there.
OR...
Use it for your own profit...like this:
Agro all the wookies on you and pull them to the LOS spot. Then you go AFK running a emote macro with all of the wookies around you.
BINGO!
they have zero, zippo, null, to grind on!
I did it the other day after killing one 191k jedi. I delyed the whole groups grind by 3-4 hours. Very effective!

Can you please stop necroing threads that are about a month old? Thanks.
