Its a great idea - lol 
You make my point FOR me godsith - lol
You stay on your jedi wars server and those that want nothing to do w/ Jedi anymore can go to the one server that is not infested by the class!
Problem solved (excpet for all the bugs - but at least all the hate w/ jedi vs GCW vs BH vs ignored classes would be FAR lesss)

dont worry if Jedi were taken away or a non jedi server was started you would figure out someone else is slightly better than you and cry, and whine untill they made a new set of servers with everyone but Jedi, and whatever class you decided to hate then.
pretty soon you could have a server with just you,and the rest of the anti-profession whiners. I really think that would make all of us much happier.

It would work for sure.
Paying customers that dont want to pay to play Jedi Wars could go to the classic servers.
Those that want to play Jedi Wars could stay on any number of the other servers.
AND those people that cried and whined and complained have no excuse left - since they could simply go to a classic server if they hated the way Jedi got treated on the non-classic servers.
Easy.
long before there were jedi the GCW was in full swing, untill people started seeing professions come into play that were stronger than them. At first it was the Meager Creature Handlers. Everyone at the time labeled SWG Pokemon wars. The crys for a nerf went out and before you knew it Creature handlers were no longer a part of the GCW.
A few days went by and then a new profession surfaced. It was the Bounty Hunter wuth Eyeshot. They were shooting people left and right. The nerf calls went out and pretty soon Eyeshot was nerfed into something that gave no more advantage.
After that things were ok for about 45 minutes to an hour untill someone came out with 2 atsts. They were used in the GCW and this was too much. The rebels started screaming for change because there was no way they could beat the ATST. Soon after the ATST was taken down in power and made pretty much usless.
This calmed the masses for a few days when all of a sudden riflemen came along with a weapon that could do stun damage from a long distance. Everyone flocked to rifleman because it was uber powerful as most armor did not have stun resists.
This was eventually cryed into the ground as the other advantages before.
Jedi enter the war and were called out as overpowerful almost as soon as the first knights started running around. At that time Knights could easily kill 20 Overt players with out breaking much of a sweat. the crys were heard and Jedi was lowered into its state today which is slightly more powerfull than a dual elite profession.
The nerfs and whining in the GCW have been going on since the game came out. People coined phrases like Pokemon wars, and now Jedi wars Galaxy.If you actually believe that people are going to quit cryingif Jedi are removed then you are obviously not looking into the past nature of people in this game.
Something will always be able to beat you. You will not win 100% of the time. All the Whining and cry accomplish is to dumb down the game.
Jedi did not kill SWG whining crying fools did.
I have full faith and confidence that Blizzard could deliver a Jedi-free server, and it would be an interesting experi .....oh wait nevermind.

Open up 2 servers that are exactly as SWG is today - but it is impossible to become a jedi.
"turn off" the path to jedi.
Make the barrier to the force village (the dumbest thing ever concieved) unable to ever be penetrated.
The End.
No one can ever complain...... you gonnacomplain about Jedi Wars? Then go to the classic servers and shut the heck up. You want to be a jedi? Well its easy as 1-2-3, go to all the other servers that allow you that option.
You WANT to hunt Jedi? Then go to the typical Jedi Wars servers - lol - good luck.
You want a GCW that is less out-of-whack than it is now in its Jedi Wars form? Go to a classic Server.
Its as easy as that. Hell yes bugs will exsist..... but a lot ofstuff would be solved. AND, most importantly, SOE makes more cash by bringing in and back
players that are anti-jedi or those more prone to a time line.
Makes sense.
Perfect Sense.
Its possible.
Most would love it.
Its a good thing.
That is why SOE wont do it.

As I stated before people will complain because something will have something that they do not. It is going to happen.
You fail to look inot the history of this game. People are very predictable, you have heard the term "History repeats itself" Right?
That phrase applies to Human natureandmoving a server to be no Jedi will not stop human nature. You can try to argue it if you want, but really that wouldmakeyou a blindedfool. Look at the past and you will see your future. Nothing will change, except for the fact that some other profession will fall under the "Hate Bat".
