okay. I dont know whats wrong but everytime i go against a jedi Padawan,knight, or master i always end up loosing! This is really starting to piss me off cuz i can never win and its disgruging from hunt them. What the heck do i have to do to win geez im a MCM MBH and pistoleer xxx4. I use root shot i mis so much! i use debuffs all of them and they hardly do anything they just keep healing nothing they never waste action or mind! What the Heck im I suppose to do! tell me

Jedi will tell you to use "tactics"
Go over to the Jedi board. There's a 2 page thread about the number of death blows Jedi have received since pub 20 (most said "none" or "one".) Yeah, BH can kill stupid Jedi, sure, but for the most part were are borked now.

First of all, calm down, if you're all jumpy you won't be able to do a thing against a jedi. Second of all learn your professions, duel jedi or others and find out what does the most damage etc. Find out what states you try works the best and make sure you heal when you need to, you can't just go in shooting you have to buff yourself and try and take them by surprise, because if not theyll either get a way or kill you because they themselves have time to buff, it's not that hard to take a jedi, if you know what you're doing.

Killing jedi is not hard and we are not borked. You guys just do not want to put forth the effort to be sucessful.
Here is my advice:
I am not a respec BH but I did just recently start doing Jedi missions. I am also not the greatest PvP player. That being said I am 15-0 including FOUR 220K + Jedis.
How?
Simple.
1. I only attack if I have achieved complete and utter surprise.(meaning I can frontload a miminum of 2K-3K points of damage, getting a clean KD, followed up by a Torso , ADV Crti combo, followed by stopping shot , Torso, ADV crit combo all the meanwhile the pet is doing 50-150 points, this will assure over 3K of damage , and will guarantee the jedi to be in a defensive position after the root. You have forced him to think of only two things at this point, running or healing).
2. Only engage if the Jedi, in addition to being completely surprised, is not buffed or his force is down, or he is engaed by MOBS or creatures. Even if you achieve utter surprise like #1 above but the jedi is not in a tough spot (in other words he is buffed and not distracted or enegaed by other PvE activities) you can still lose dramatically even if you cause 3K of damage before reaction, so DON'T engage and follow this rule.
If you follow these two rules and drop the mission whenever you can not engage with these parameters, I promise you success after success.
I have dropped 3 or 4 times as many missions as I have won but the results speak for themselves.
I do this with mediocore armor, using neutron pixie, and valarian brandy and a 69 level spider . I do have a GREAT krayted laser rifle but nothing really fancy. use your head more than your in game muscle and you will be succesful. I have never even had to heal in a fight yet and have only actually been hit a few times in the earlier missions.
My other toon is an MBH MCM and it is even easier with him.

Oh no, a "tactics" post. Look, I've been hunting Jedi since about 2 days after the hologrind ruined any continuity in this game what-so-ever. I don't need advice.
I'm not saying it's impossible to kill Jedi, I'm saying the cards are clearly stacked against us. Both being equal (Jedi isa skilled and buffed player, BH is a skilled and buffed player) the Jedi will easily win. Yeah, I can kill my share of full templates, but they're just plain idiots. Again, all things being equal, we don't stand a chance.
BH is turning into a PvE looting profession, so I guess discussing PvP Jedi doesn't matter all that much anymore, anyway.
Watch, no more Jedi bounties in six months or less...

Yes i agree i killed a load of Jedi most of them full template but they were idiots as u say if they would know how to use their prof i would stand no chance at all.... but these days are alot of afk grinded noob jedi around who makes the BH prof profitable again.
About tactics : Yes tactics are needed - they always are even before CU to kill a Jedi but if the jedi knows how to play his Prof a BH would stand no chance at all. Sure u can maybe survive but against a vet jedi player with some skill u wont ever kill him solo if he is not totally drunken.
Thats the truth and yes BH will turn more and more to a lootfarmer prof but as long as u are lucky and pull noob jedi missions u will still get ure kills done. If i see im fighting against a good played jedi i try to stand alive and heal and fight as long as it is possible mostly after 30min he gave up killing me and went. So far i was never killed by a Jedi i had mission since CU but could kill 15 noob jedis most full template afk grinded in rryat trials.
But nether the less BH is not 1:1 against Jedi but 1:1.5 and that makes the difference if u have killed the mark cause it is a nooband u succeeded it is for the money and some fun - the last real pvp that is in the game cause even for noob jedi u need some skill and good equipment cause if he cant play his prof but u can itsa 1:1 chance for u to get him down maybe a bit better for u.
Note : that doesnt include the cloaked kill with conceal or snipershot when the jedi has 400 health left or something while fighting a mob.

If they are healing they have to be using mind unless they are using nothing but stims.
What are the stats on your weapon and armor? Do you use bomb droids? How do you go about trying to kill your mark?

I agree. I kill full temps all the time, but when things are equal, I die every single time.
I just canceled my accounts today too. just to take some time off to see if i really wanna play a 1 alpha class game. Aug 3 is my last day.

Yeah I believe the number of DB's from BH to Jedi since pub 20 averages to ZERO. lolThe whole idea that BH vs Jedi is an even fight is complete BS, just to make you enjoy dying plain and simple.

Have you tried waitong for the jedi to engage combat with a large group of npc's or creatures before attacking , usually gives you a good few shots before realises whats happening.

Another respec who thinks killing jedi will be as easy as pve on dant...
Look... To be a successfull bh you need to be a good pvper to begin with, that takes practise. You also need good gear, that takes money.
Then just read the forums and go trial and error. And i do have to stress a good weapon is a must. The 15k unsliced carbs, rifles and pistols of the bazaar or vendors wont cut it in pvp. Esp not against Jedi. Go out and loot the tissues/components to make a nice weapon or check out the tradeforums and buy something deadly. That will cost you a few mil thou..
