Thread: That Duel Thing That Kills The Element Of suprise

hey everyone who uses these forums. I normally dont post on these or the jedi forums because all i usaully see is whineing but i need to bring something to your attention. What kills most jedi is the fact that when any person walks up to them alls they have to do is type /duel and this allows the jedi to know if he has his misson. This Ruins the whole Bounty Hunter Element of Suprise, making it extremly diffcult to sneak on your bounty. I was just wondering if this is ever gonna get fixed because its been like this for as long as i can remeber and alot of jedi i kno use this tatic to find there target. yes i kno theres gonna be BH's that say no dont get rid of it but there just jedi alts who dont want the professions be like there supposed......Bounty Hunters are supposed to use Tatics and Suprise and any other things they can get there hands on, This tridition has died down into i have an uber weapon and know at least the basics of my tempelte so im so uber which kinda ruins the whole tatics and using the enviorment to your advanatage and the patience that should be required to wait for the right moment without being seen which is where most people mess up. Anyways go head and flame this just wanted to bring it to your attention

Not a flame, just saying this is a know problem, no comment by a dev on it so far in public forums.

Also. what's the deal with Jedi being able to see if a BH gets close to them if they got them as a mark. Why don't we just blend in with all the rest.

To the OP, yeah it is a known issue which has been talked about frequently on both boards. I'm having a little fun with it tho.I typically hunt afk grinders on the Ryatt trail and I made a macro toaccept duel 
Talk about surprised lol. Sure I don't get paid for it, but you luck out once in awhile and get the one Jedi there who isn't afk and is being the tank. They all fall like dominoes once you take him out heh.
I had some noob /duel /endduel me after he watched me kill his groupmate...that had me laughing a bit.

That Duel thing killed alot of jedi when the bhs were using it as an exploit too....
