well devs write code so only the mission holder can attack the mark *npc*.


watch out grouped.. tef sometimes is applies to a random member of the group .. in this screenshot the jedi i was grouped with could attack my mark but i couldn't. though i could loot him and so could he ... previous mission somenoe in my group offworld must of had tef on my mark because i coudn't attack him .. note this is all new npc missions
