what bh lvl do you have to be to get them or is just based of the CL?

To get Boss marks, you have to be MBH.

You need to be lvl 75+. I'm lvl 76, got 3 of 'em in like 6-7 missions.

I've done about 8 so far and not 1 boss but plenty of elites.

I'm only going for 31k and up though...

How do i start these "boss" missions?

they are random, so you can't predict them. I think the Boss's are MBH though. Elites before that.
