quick question for the Combat meds out there, how does electrolite drain effect a jedi in terms of rough % slowed? does it make it possible to slow FR2 enough so we can catch them or at least keep up or even just normal walking about to stop them keeping up when we kite away?

No....currently electrolyte drain can be countered by simply using "burst run". So you can imagine how effective it is against a Jedi with FR. The ONLY trade off might be that a Jedi take a huge damage dealing reduction while using FR. So MAYBE after the first BR, and IF they don't have Parawan Nutircake, it MIGHT be effective.

The BIGGEST problem is this...even with electrolyte applied, once the player uses burst run, they do not "speed up" to the NORMAL default speed, but rather they move at the NORMAL "burst run" speed. I don't believe this is how it should work.

If a player has been debuffed down to a walking speed, then when they use burst run (or even FR1) they should only move as fast as the next level of speed, which would be the NORMAL (always run) default speed....and NOT the full burst run effect.

Hope it helps.

so if i understand you then all its is good for is controlling jedi (without FR1) from getting close to me when they attack me. or for the very few jedi without anyforce run. great, doesn't really sound right to me either

No...everyone has burst run, so unless you can last as long as the first burst run, and the Jedi doesn't have FR or the parawan nutricake....then it MIGHT be worth something for kiting.
