Here's a macroI use for Improved Duelist Stance, which lasts 30 seconds...Always have IDS active with it.
/pause 0.25;
/duelistStance;
/pause 29;
/macro duelist
Name the macro duelist, and you're good to go.

Is that for IDS? I tried typing "Improved Duelist Stance" and had no success. It works for normal without the "improved."
