the Highest mission i seemed to get so far was a 30kham mark, what classifies an elite mark and a boss mark and where are ya guys grabbing the missions for them.

You can tell the level of the NPC by the appearance or absence of <> marks around their name. If there is a single bracket it's an Elite. An example would be <Kafie Uman>. If it's a boss mark he will have two around his name. Example would be <<Kafie Uman>>.

If its 30k + its Boss, if its like 15-20k HAM its elite if its like 7k ham its normal
Also the arrows on the side of the name (target when you target) if they are silver its elite, double gold its boss

damn, no wonder i couldnt kill this guy, i went to go work my invesitgation and for my 1st mark, i pull and elite boss.i was lvl 72 he was 80. had 1 bracket and 17k ham.
