Thread: [LOOKIE] BH Armor Photo
Also I was reading some of the AS posts and several ASs are up set about Jedi, because they don't use Armor.
To tell the truth I hadn't considered this aspect of the whole shift to a jedi intensive game.
Having everyone turn jedi has begun to hurt the crafters of this game. And as SOE stated when the game first came out one of the major points of this game was to have a player comunity supported by crafters.

its the same as bh armor has always been, just now its got custom colors and doesnt have crappy loot stats.
im just happy my friend caught this bh schem drop dealie on the tc forums right before i blew 7 mil to complete my set, heheh
they're showing us this because the resists went ABOVE cap for normal assault armour.
Ummm considering assault is not worth much against Jedi and NPC marks, and will get chewed up in 2 weeks if used for PvE does this have any purpose besides home decoration?

Yeh, I never have understood why the Bounty Hunter - whose prime targets are Jedi and NPCs that primarily used energy weapons - are certified for armour that has the worst energy resists.
Is it just me or did the devs just not think that one through?
The decay rate on armour is also a bit crazy. I have picked up the clone suit from the quest but there is no way I am wearing that in combat, not with this decay rate.
That is why Deflection slices exist for armor. You can have a level 3 Deflection/Level 1 Resilience slice on all of it - every hit has a 60% chance to do NO damage to the armor, and resists will only diminish once the condition is below 40%. It makes a difference.
Armor can also be repaired, folks. It's no good just sitting on display, if that's all you're using it for it might as well have 0 Condition anyhow.
Do you put vinyl covers on all your furniture, too? This stuff's meant to be used, people. ![]()
