Cloak is a gamebreaker.
You attack a jedi, he kds you or roots you or uses fr1 or whatever and cloaks, fights over. The jedi starts to flame you
and will never uncloak, if he uncloaks he will be buffed up and will kick your butt in 3 hits.
seems like all the jedi are defenders and cloakers
whats even more fun and interesting is that the jedi that arent defenders/cloakers dont flame you, no matter the result of the fight.

They cloak and run because they can't win or don't want to fight.
Usually if a Jedi can cloak, they are lacking in offense or defense in some way.

Also to add to that, if they cloak and go buff - you really shouldn't just be waiting for them to come back.
Just try again a little later. Your element of suprise is gone - and that is your greatest asset.

I know if I ever unlock jedi I will be getting cloak as soon as I can..

this is exactly what i mean.. i hunted down a jedi in the rryat trials yesterday, he ran straight to the LOS hole and his friends started to flame me and said they were going for cloak so they could cloak when bh came..
whats the point. its more fun when you loose a jedi if he fools you and runs away from good fighting tactics, but to cloak within 5 m from you is just boring (maybe lag or bugged dont know but several jedi have cloaked next to me)

Cloak is a gamebreaker for you. For me, its part of a gamefixer.
Cloak may bore you. But BH attacks annoy and bore me.
When I couple cloak with some other abilities, like suppression and FR2, I can end BH attacks relatively quickly. The downside is that I don't actually WIN and get to force you to clone, but still, its a fair trade off for me to not be annoyed/bored by you. This allows me to get back to whatever I was doing, cause the BH usually gives up after a while.

Personally, I love being a Jedi but I hate PvP. SoI got cloak forone reason... Escape and Evade. We are Jedi in a Post Order 66 Universe. We are supposed to be hidden, and I usually am.
Sorry that someJedi feel the need to taunt you, words do hurt sometimes (Sorry, just playin. Couldn't resist). But you do have to admit that just as many BH's as Jedi do their share of talkin smack.
I guess what I'm saying is don't complain because you see us all the time, then complain because we disappear. PvP is forced upon us, but that doesn't mean we always have to fight.
If it makes any difference, I will never cloak then talk $#!+ to you (unless you start it first).

this is one of the reasons i enjoyed having the name of the jedi on the terminals--i could pick and choose who i had as a mission--and picking the overt jedi ganking at the starport will more than likely fight back rather than run and cloak--since they are there for pvp in the first place
