Something came up in conversation with one of my friends the other day. I don't know if these statements are true and I'd like your opinions and tips.

1. Bounty Hunter experience can only be gained by doing bounty hunter missons.

2. The experience received for low level (the only kind I can do right now) solo bounties is pitiful.

3. This non-grind, non-afk macro aspect is true only of bounty hunters (and smugglers...I don't know).

Don't get me wrong. I'm not complaining. It's one of the things that makes the accomplishment of gaining MBH more rewarding. However, the 118-124 points of bounty hunting xp per bounty is going to make this a LONG and sometimes frustrating process. With an average of 120 points per bounty it's going to take 133 bounties to get to Investigation III. Sometimes I wish I could go AFK and fire up...

So, with that in mind....is there any way of increasing the amount of xp per bounty? Is it still possible to convert Combat xp into Bounty Hunter xp and, if so, how do you do that?

go jam uplinks in bases, not easy to do solo cuz there are like 20 npcs around the base... and even the mid 60s lvl npcs take a while to take out... alot of ham compared to the damage they do.

ive done them solo though, quite often... i ditch all my stuff at my house, just keep some junk clothes and a grinding value-less weapon... store my clone go tto the base and run in... they incap me, disperse, i get back up, hit a bacta shot and jam the uplink... half the time they dont agro me again fast enough to get me before i jam.... then i run back out.

??????? I get 280-330 bh xp a mark and i'm novice bh.

you think the xp is bad now.. in the beginning try mastering it with 52 xp per mission.. yeah.. that was hard.. then i didnt think i suffered enough i unlocked my jedi and ground that out pre-pub 9.. some one slap me please..

TBH, i like Inves xp beign hard to get. As soon as the Respec is a thing of the past BH will be moderately hard to obtain again..

Yeah yeah yeah, and you used to walk to and from school uphill through blinding snowstorms and carry a bagged, spam sandwich lunch because that's all your parents could afford.

There are XP foods and entertainer buffs that last 3 hours. This will add a small amount of XP per grant. The only people who did NOT have to go through this grind are those who respec'd to BH. For the most part, the people who are still BH's in here have done the grind...welcome to the club.

I dunno. The most xp I've gotten from a mark is 124. I'm Novice BH, level 22, with a 1020 BH skill set. At this point I need another 4000 or so xp to get Investigation II and I'm frustrated. But, like I said, I'm not complaining. I was just wondering if there's something I could be doing to speed the process a little.

Personally, I'd rather have more difficult to find marks and higher xp than ganking at a waypoint.

CL 22 is the problem.

Work on getting you CL up...that will help get you higher level missions, and thus better BH exp.

This is a great suggestion. I think you can get 1k bounty hunter xp for each jammed uplink. I didn't find out about this until after I had finished my BH grind, but i think it would've helped.

One thing i do recommend. I'm not sure what lvl invest your on, but get enough xp to jump straight from invest 1 to invest 3.that way, you can stay on the same planet until you have decent droid tracking skills.
