The fact that a jedi mark can easily escape XP loss from a BH (and keep a BH from completing his mission) by having his friend DB him is straight up wrong. It's an exploit.
Now there are those who say that it's wrong when a Jedi who is dueling and is incapped can be DBed by a BH. But the fact is that Jedi are SUPPOSED to be aware at all times. If a BH happens to find his mark dueling in the open, then he should have every right to the incapped body of his mark. It's a mechanism to hold up the risk factor for Jedi. Now if a Jedi can initiate a duel with a friend while the BH is attacking then it is a cheap way out of XP loss. Ihad this happen to me the other day. Luckily I was not too far away from the cloner (Where I caught my mark and disposed of him there.), but if I had been on a planet like Dath or Yavin, things could have been different. My suggestions to fix this are as follows:
1. Once a BHtef is initiated, ANY DB, either from friend or foe, will cause the Jedi to lose his xp and will result in a BH completed mission.
2. Allow DBs to be applied from as long a range as the weapon you have equipped in order to make it fair to the hunter to be able to DB him just as soon as the Jedi's friends can DB him.
3. Simply disallow ANYONE to apply a DB except for the Jedi and BH once a BHTef is initiated.
Now I recognize there may be some flaws with any one of these. Feel free to post what you think they may be, but let's keep this constructive and keep the flaming to a minimum.

I agree and this has been covered a few times over. Will anything come of it? Who knows. I have submitted a ticket on the subject and was told the problem is known and is being looked at....
