Tracking Droid Sea's to be. Not Tracking Droid effectiveness, not Droid tracking speed. Just plain old Tracking Droid SEA's. I have a Ca with Tracking Droids 10 and 2h LS speed 5. I really want the BH mod but it is tempting to sell to a jedi. What do you guys think?

That mod would go for a lot of money. I have no idea how well it works but selling it to a jedi would probably be the best, then you can take the money you made and get +25 tracking droids.
