In this case, his level is too low for you, lol. There is a master level imformant next to the cloner at Kadaara, Naboo.

you would think that once you reach MASTER that any spy net operative would speak to you but instead we get, bah your a master bounty hunter im not gonna talk to you.

i'm search all over by the cloner and by the starport and i can't seem to find the master informer the only one i can find tells me to find someone more experienced. is there a waypoint someone can give me to find the master informant?

means your not high enough in BH to talk to him...what is your current level right now?
