Thread: Can you be effective, MBH/MP/CM 4-0-0-0?
It's not the most popular template out there, but you have some nice specials if you use them correctly. You get a root and a delay, which used properly can help out. You'll be hurting though because of limited range.
On the bright side, you can kite better with a pistol than with a rifle or a carb. I'd say it's probably one of the weaker overall templates, but it's all in how you play it.
I had my mark twice after fighting him for 40+ mins but he kept dodging me by running into a Kunga hut and getting a ride in an AV-21 when he was at 0 mind, I did moderate damage to him and he did moderate damage to me, it was a fairly even fight but I wore him out and I guess he was just too much of a sissy to get it over with and get off the terms.

What about using MBH, MCarbs, CM 4000? The reason I ask this is because granted you don't get as much damage as rifles but moreso than pistols.....you get the snare and KD from the carbineer line. How effective would this template be?
I'm thinking about going BACK to rifles again though because while pistols have root, I hear you pretty can only use it once during a fight because of the recharge timer on it. Snare doesn't last very long either does it?
Still confused about which temp i should stick with....I keep changing. Also i have no idea how pub 21 is going to affect CM 4000 now because of the bacta shot nerf.
honestly tho, it seems that terrain and buildings often negate the benefits of a longer range
i am mbh/m carbs, and i often wish i had better specials (area attacks are for teh suck)
