The dev posted that theyWEREnerfing the basic and improved versions... that they'd been incorrectly using the efficiency data for the advanced version.

Apparently this has been a Top Issue on the Doc and CM boards for awhile, tho' I'm sure they were hoping the high end heals would go up. ![]()
I'm still waiting to see what the actual in-game heal numbers are.

you may not heal for a full 1000, but with the tapes you probably will get 800 heal. That is 800 pts of damage every 5 sec. 800 x 12 sec + 1200 + 1200 with ruby = ALOT of damage healed.

No reason someone with Medic 0020 should be healing that high, w/numbers close to a master doctor.
The problem is neither side will quit screaming nerf. So the nerf war continues.
You know, this "fix" actually hurts the newbies the worst. This is a newb skill, and it got hurt bad.

Now we are forced to take it up our stink hole because they want to nerf healing. Its already hard enough trying to outdamage a master defender and their god like healing ability. This really pisses me off.
You said, with +25 healing efficiency. Jedis can wear bio clothes too. If they preffer padawan clothes, is not our problem. Padawan clothes dont have stats that give Jedi adventatge? Why ours cant have bio stats?

They dont get only 1500 heals every 6 secs. They get +725 force power max, +6 force power regeneration, Advanced Force Heal and Improved force Infusion. That meanstwo heals with 2 different recasts.Not bad for 8 skillpoints more....
HE mods do not apply to jedi heals they are fixed. Also my master doc toon can way outheal a Jedi, as will my CM when hes finished. Sorry guys but medic 0020 is a novice profession tier 2box. Healer4000 is a tier 4 elite profession box, there should be a difference.

Why dont you get a master doc and see what you heal for before posting this garbage. Just like the guy who posted above saying his doc can outheal jedi easy. If a 1050 heal with max BE clothing is little difference to a master doc, how can that guys master doc outheal a jedi infusion and 1500 heal? You are very confused if you think a master doc heals for 1050 with bacta shot. I have a master doc and its no were near what I can heal for with my master doc. SO QFE this... Master doc has 3 heals. Get yourself a master doc with max HE clothing and heal yourself. Saying a 1050 heal is little difference to master doc is an insult. Freaking NOOB's dont know what the hell they are talking about.

I am the guy in both cases and I do have a Master Doc. the bottom line is the devs mixed up the mods the medic heals were getting a higher mod than they deserved. live with it
