I was just wondering if the increased NPC BH Looting system is live yet. I went out and tried a few of these missions, out of 7 attempts here are the results:

2 NPC's diappeared when driving up apon them. Bugged

2 Missions incomplete because because they were spawned in an ocean.

1 aborted mission because mark was spawned in a structure

1 completed mission and looted 1300 credits and no loot

1 completed mission where I looted a piar of no stat leather working gloves with an amazing cond of 817.

Am I just super unlucky or is this looting upgrade only live on TC?
