i attack a jedi and his friend been asking me for a ride, i delcine it everytime, when i tripled the jedi i didnt got paid, is it or no

The offerride spam is an exploit, unless he really wants to give you a ride hehehe. But the not getting paid part is probably due to a duel exploit the Jedi use to make sure that if they lose then they don't lose xp and you don't get paid. But it could also just be a bug.

Dont you have to DB for payment? Triple incap might be the reason.

/offerride is being eliminated in patch 21, read In Testing for more details

Unfortunatley that isn't stopping those who use it from using it until then.
Report the player, they'll get a ban for it.

From what I understand, triple incap does NOT pay out on a Jedi bounty. Only Deathblow.
