We already have an option to automatically turn down (and hence ignore) group requests. If there were similar options added for dueling and trading, etc, then this would get around BH's being bombarded with various requests. (But it probably wouldn't stop Jedi's working who the BH had come for, unless everyone gets a blanket message of "This user is not accepting duel/trade/ride requests".)

Better yet, make the message pop up in a dialogue box that they have to click on.

Don't tell the Jedi that the target can't be duel'd. Tell the Jedi that they offered the challenge, delay 5 seconds (+/- server lag for some randomnes) and then automaticly tell him theplayer declined the duel.
If they /duel /end, they get the exact same server spam as if theydid it toanyone else.

The auto turn down on duels aren't a bad idea, not the idea I'd choose though. I'm sure it would still be a sure sign that the player with duels turned off are going after that Jedi. Ideally I'd like to see duel challenges act as they do with everyone else. "You challenge so-and-so to a duel". Only thing is the BH should not be allowed accept the duel and get a system message that you've been challenged but cannot accept.
They also need to put a shorter range on duels to you can't be dueled from across town to prevent any other possible problems.
