I've decided from many other people to use this weapon instead of the proton carbine and I had a few questions:

1 - In order to get the best e11 mk2 i can, what stats should I go for when purchasing? Base stats unsliced and unpup'd.

2 - When i buy one that you guys recommend, what slice should i do and also what pup should i put on it? What do you recommend?

Thanks in advance!

Check the Carbineer forum for the cap stats on the various carbines. They've got a list going.

Off the top of my head, I think that, for carbines, the max damage capduring crafting is 1064. Slicing up to the cap 'll only get you to 1063. Min SAC cost is 72 or 73.

Thoseseem to be the two most important stats at the moment.

So I shouldn't worry about slicing speed? How much does speed matter when you are spamming specials?

You want one with a SAC of 73, max damage in the 970's, speed around 2.3, and the highest min damage you can find. Then get it sliced for damage and use damage PUPs. The max damage slicing cap is below the crafting cap, but by getting a damage slice you will get a much higher min damage, which is what the damage PUPs percent increase is based off of. I've done it the other way with a max damage crafted carbine and got it speed sliced, but this way will give you a far better end result even if it doesn't show in the DPS.

Now that's good to know.

I have one with max damage at 1064, 1.4 Speed, 82 SAC, +11 Accuracy. The SAC really isn't an issue since you can PuP it down to 57.

I would go with an elite carb, it has the same stats. but you do not have to be master carbs to use it.

mine is 1062 DMG, 2.02 speed, 82 sac I use a speed pup and my special firing macros and never run out of action. It was made with +175 -.6 tissues.

Dacal if you don't mind me asking, what is your exact template? I notice you are MBH and MCarbs, but you also have pistol. It wouldn't be pistol 0404 would it? If so, how are you fairing against killing fully templated jedi's. I was thinking of either going MBH, MCarbs, Pistols 0404 , or MBH, MCarbs, CM 4000, or MBH, MCM Carb 0400.

What do you have? and how do you like it?

I am MBH/Mcarb/Pistols 0404, But I dont hunt jedi, Cause I dont like the state of the system in its recent ofr present form. I have notfought against any full template jedi's in the role of a BH, except for dueling guildies. Most of them know my template, and use it against me. I basicly prefer BH because of its ultra high defences for a non jedi profession. I like the root because it keeps the other guy away from me.

In one on one pvp against mele, I kick but. CMs and Docs are a coin toss if I will win or loose (depends on thier skills)

What I do know is I like to PVE, and my template is awsome at allowing me the fredom to kill krayts and other big stuff.

I have 2 more village unlocks then I will be working toward my new template which is a jedi/carbine hybrid. but I have said enough about that
