So I'm jedi hunting yesterday, and after catching up with my target I find that he is a half temp lvl 54. I consider droping the mission because he poses no real chalange, but decide that if I had to spend money finding him he should pay me with his life.
I could go into more detail, but this is not a gloat post. My question is should I feel bad for killing the baby jedi, or did I do my duty as a BH?

I am a baby Jedi, and I say no, you shouldn't lose sleep over this. He chose to drop to level 54 and chose to get vis and that's that.I chose the more intelligent way of dropping a colums of swords and get a full columf of Jedi. That means very little CL loss and very little loss to a BH death.
I wouldn't feel bad at all.

With Publish 20 you couln't have known what level he would be. You did your duty.

It's his choice to have got a bounty on his head, since publish 20 group members do not give any visibility anymore, if this guy with a combat level of 54 has been able to find himself on the terms, he is either stupid or actually wanting to be hunted. In both cases he got what he deserved. The job of the bounty hunter is not to decide if his mark has to be killed or not ; this is the job of the employer who pays you. Your job is to kill the mark. No question, no remorse. You are not a judge.

Then yes, you were doing the right thing, your duty to smite the stupid.

to answer as a jedi, no you shouldn't feel bad you did your job, you are Bh you get a mission
and complete it good on you regardless of lvl of jedi as I said it is your job !
I have never and will never whine about being hunted or hold any bad feeling to a BH for doing their job those that do need grow up !!
you did your job end of story

Thats fine, I killed a jedi who had about 15 sith shadow pirates on him (so it was basically just a ninja DB)
