Has anyone tryed going BH without medic skills. I was thinking of going master pistoler, master creature handler,4/0/4/0 BH. I could just drop pistoler and master BH and pick up some medic skills. Let me know what ya all think.

you'd be confined to NPC missions...jedi missions are at MBH if you didnt know. personally i consider healing a must but thats because i play my template as a tank

well without MBH u can't hunt jedi anyways so im assuming this is a PvE template. in which case it would probably be fine to not have any medic

Without medic skills you basically have 15 seconds from the time of engagement to kill the usual mark, i.e. a near full template. If you fail to win within 15 seconds, even with stims you are dead unless you run. With Jedi <180k you can win without heals, but post 20 I have yet to pull a Jedi worth less than 220k.

Nope, gotta be MBH to hunt Jedi
I don't have any medic in my template, MBH/MM/MR and I do OK, not the greatest butI can put them down fairly quick if I catch them at the right moment. In a 1 on 1 duel style fight, I get my tail kicked off and fed to me though. I use the stay outa range as much as possible style, and make sure I have the best rifle I can get.

Also I'm not sure how well you would do with creature handler as a PvP bounty hunter because CH has been rendered useless, or did that get changed rescently?

Well I was hoping CH got fixed I was gonna go with a dizzy pet a knockdown pet and a strong poison pet and see how that worked out.

How do you guys think MBH works without any mastery in any other combat tree ( master pistoler, master carbs ect. )? Or would it work good with just a dabble in either? Carbs 4/4/0/0 for exp.

Hmmm, Id probably go MBH MCH CM 4000 or MBH MCH Novice Doc if I were you just because your weapon output from Pistoleer isn't great so getting a little more accuracy and stopping shot probably isn't help much... the healing will help you out so much better since you arent a alpha striker... plus u can heal ur pets

i'm MBH/rifles 4044/doc 2002...no double mastery. My template works alright for taking out jedi missions (except i can't outheal precu sabers but thats a different matter entirely) but i can't pve with it since im nota lvl 80. just a heads up...dont expect to solo krayts without a double mastery level matters a lot in PvE

As far as I know unless you have 2 mastered elites you wont be a level 80, and with that combat level multiplier that would hurt you against any level 80. I found out when changing templates that even if you have all your skill points spent in combat skills you wont be a level 80. Im sure your defences and accuracy and all the other stats would be fine and would have worked pre-CU but now that the combat level is a factor that might not work.

Oh ummmm, Im MBH MCM Rifleman 4000... I have decent accuracy 215 with a rifle... with some SEAs you could be fine with the spd and decent with the acc... its would be expensive tho.... gotta rely on ranged/placed shot combo more because your speed will be quite slow... if they really fix up CH in this next pub it might be a good template... at least fun i would think!
