I would like to know how you can justify Jedi having invisibilty (Cloak) with seemingly no end?
In a few recent missions my mark has been able to Cloak, this is due mainly to the fact I'm a Rifleman, I cannot get within 20m fast enuff to prevent cloak.
I can accept cloak being part of their abilities, but not when they can run it indefinately. This ability should be on a short timer, for example 20 secs at a time, this is enuff time to break free from attack from the BH, and perhaps a 15 sec delay before reapplying it again.
In other SW related games that have Jedi content, Mind Tricks have always been small use options, with this in SWG it has become a game breaker for me and many other BH. Having Jedi constantly using Mind Tricks on us is like saying that ALL Bounty Hunters are weak minded ( I know i have left myself open for abuse from the Jedi trolls ).
So please DEV's, apply some common sense to this issue.

MAny thx

They must've seen how well Harry Potter did and stole that from them.

No, it's EQ, hence the ROOT's by non-Jedi. Please, if you want to dis Cloak, don't forget the skills you like as well. Uber healing is rediculous, ROOTing is from EQ... at least Cloak is based on the only "magic" base in the game: The Force

1.they are not invisible, they just make the WEAK minded think that we are.

2. You can get w/in 20m of us easily if you use some tactics, perhaps oh say a pet, or a droid, or a speeder bike

3. we can't run it indefinitely it eats up tons of force depending on how many critters and npcs and people are around

so learn some tactics... cloak is not an i win button anymore than any other jedi ability...

Its not an 'I win' button, its another 'If i cant win, i sure as hell wont lose' button. Just like FR3, avoid incap, stasis, ridiculous defenses. For Jedi with those abilities available to them, i love hearing the "Learn tactics" advice that gets spewed. Its easy to preach something that doesnt apply to you. We have to learn tactics, for someone who's'tactics' arerunning awaylike the wind, disappearing into thin air, and stayingup with zero health.

They justify the use of Jedi cloak because the time Obi-Wan used it in ... Hmm no wait. It was Yoda who. No. Letme think of which Jedi made himself invisable. Oh thats right. Only the Jedi in this game get to go invisable. (SOE is continuing to change all the goodness George Lucas created).

They justify the use of BH duelist stance because we all know it is Bh's who can stand there and reflect damage back and Jedi can not, or wait did I get that wrong? Ah, wait the root shots Bh's can do was used by who again? How about CM's doing constant paralyze to someone without end? How about the putting on poinsons and dieseases to people I remember that in which movie again? Ah how about the time when you attack someone and there friend has to stand there and watch cause he can't help? Oh wait I don't remember that one either. I can go on and on about skills from BH's and other professions that are overpowered so quit crying you are part of the group giveing Bh's a bad name.

ROFLMAO .... I did not complain nor cry in my post. But I did sense a bit of hostility and/or sadness in your post. Ask yourself this: "Is it Phinneus the one who is crying?"

I am sorry I am not there to comfort you in these sad times. Things will get better so wipe them tears and turn that frown upside down.

BS you are crying like the others. That is what your BS sarcastic post was about. You just can't handle the fact that Bh's have many skills that are BS as well and should be nerfed but you don't see us crying everyday about it.
