Bounty Hunter Archive
Thread: .:Bounty Hunters [R3.4d]:.
I have began playing SWG, been about 1-2 weeks now and I have decided to commit my Character to the bounty hunter profession, as you roxxx!
I am currently training Marksman, In which I am rifles 4, and ranged support 3.
Scout, In which I am Exploration 3.
I am training Medic, Medical Support 2. I know this has nothing to do with BH, but always help to be able to heal
The other professions I am still 0000 In.
I was just posting on here to ask, If i carry on up the profession ladders I am currently on will i make an OK bounty hunter?
Any advice or comments will be happily recieved, and will all be listened to taken into account. Thanks alot guys

I shall be continuing medic as I like the idea of some-one shouting 'Medic!, Man down!' and seeing me run across the battlefield, bact-shot in hand
and level 60, how long will it take for me to get there, a while me thinks.

Level 60 is around 1 Elite Mastery and 1 or 2 Tier 4 Elite boxes I think.
I think I'm just going to do whatever I want and see how I turn out, Bounties Here I Come!
Also, one small point in case the guides don't mention it, once you are a Novice BH and start your Investigation grind, be sure that you grind the maximum amount of BHxp you can before you start training your Investigation boxes. Unless things have changed, and they always seem to around here, you can have a maximum of 10000 Bounty Hunter Experience while at 0xxx in BH. Investigation I costs 1000, Investigation II costs 2000 (I think, been awhile) which leaves you with 7000 experience towards the 10000 needed for Investigation III. The main reason for waiting to train is so you can keep your marks on the same planet as you got the mission. Once you train, your missions start going offplanet and can be expensive at the low levels.
Cheers bud *thumbs up*
